Our services are designed to compliment our web application code generation products including in-person web-based training, troubleshooting, technical support, and custom template development.

All fee-based services are prepaid. We will get in touch with you upon receipt of payment and will schedule the corresponding service appointment and provide you with instructions.

We provide free technical support on our community forum. Feel free to contact us with any questions directly.

5 Incidents

Receive five incidents of remote technical support provided over WebEx.
  • Sessions are conducted by members of the development team with intimate knowledge of our products.
  • Support sessions are scheduled within 24 hours of request submission.
  • Sessions will be scheduled between 8 AM and 4 PM in Pacific Time Zone on business days in the United States. We will make special accommodations for our overseas customers when possible.
  • The duration of each support session is up to one hour.
  • Incidents must be scheduled within 12 months from date of purchase.

10 Incidents

Receive ten incidents of remote technical support provided over WebEx.
  • Sessions are conducted by members of the development team with intimate knowledge of our products.
  • Support sessions are scheduled within 24 hours of request submission.

Consulting

In-Person Consultation (1 Hour) over WebEx

One hour WebEx meeting allows you to discuss any of our products. Our experts can deliver in-depth training and help with learning the features available in product editions .

Once we receive your payment, we will contact you to schedule a WebEx meeting. You can invite up to five participants. All meetings will have a free instant messaging capability to complement or to be used instead of the conference call.

The meeting will be scheduled within two business days. Scheduled meetings are not refundable.

You may choose to receive training for our code generation products. We can teach you to customize the code generator templates and help to get started with your code generation ideas. Let us know what else we can do for you.

Partners Program

Partner with Code On Time to build your next project. We will lend our expertise and assist in  accomplishing your objectives.

You can sponsor an implementation of a feature in our product per your specification. We will develop a prototype and subsidize integration in the code generation library. Contact us to receive an estimate for a custom feature implementation.
