Hi,
We went live last night with a new mission critical system. I have had nothing but
praise and thanks the whole day from business, users and customers. My secret weapon
was Code On Time. I was able to bring this new system online under two weeks. My
competitors had quoted 3- 4 months, with a huge price tag. Not only was it on time,
it had super cool features that my users love.
So this is a big thanks to my invisible team, for a truly remarkable and awesome
product.
Some feedback on my experience:
The Good
Rapid delivery, Slick interface, cool features, flexible code, outstanding support,
easy to use etc etc etc
The Bad
The documentation is a headache and disparate. I can never remember where I saw
that cool feature I want to implement, was it on Youtube, or a pdf, or on the blog,
or on the user forum. This, however, is counter balanced, by your excellent support
team.
Again, thank you for a truly remarkable program.
