Touch UI 2017 Hot Fixes

Code On Time release 8.6.1.0 corrects several issues that were present in 8.6.0.0.

Fixed. “OAuthHandler not defined” Issue for Premium Edition users.
Fixed. Empty home page in the app generator on computers without ASP.NET 3.5
Theme “Accent” server error in existing projects is fixed.
Menus of subpages are clickable again.
Standard login form will not be displayd on dedicated login page.
Identity Manager is re-enabled in apps with custom membership
